So, apparently Benn has been fucking around with Dubstep, and actually got something decent out of it! :P
Very much looking forward to hearing what all his efforts have accomplished.

P.S. The spam has gotten completely out of hand here. Is there anything we can do to stop this madness?

Well this is interesting news. I, myself, have been listening to some limited form of dubstep. I'm liking Eskmo's "Cloudlight", for example.

As for the spam, I'll send another message to the higher-ups. All I can do is delete and ban as they pop up.

An unexpected turn of events. Now I'm intrigued.
Seriously though, I haven't had much experience with dubstep myself so I don't really know what to expect either way.
I did listen to "Cloudlight", which is quite nice. I have to check out the whole album on Ninja Tune sometime.

Aye I saw this and it makes me very excited. Mostly the fact that he recons it's the most technical music of his life! Benn does like his gear. I'm imagining some track that rises sky high above all other tracks he's done...

I guess it was only a matter of time before Benn got dubstep into his music... he is slowly covering all genres known to man... plus a few more. If you need help killing spam i regularly dribble by the forum, and wouldn't mind helping out with some sweeping if you need an extra broom?

I wonder if Benn would even be capable of making an "actual" Dubstep track? I bet no matter what he'd end up tweaking the hell out of it until it was unrecognizable as a song in that genre. Heh.
Still, I'm sure with his skill and creativity he could dethrone Skrillex in a matter of months, should he ever actually want to. ;)

I really hope he doesn't though... When will this dubstep craze end?

I heard his dubstep stuff back in March... it was actually really interesting and not what I expected. It's super technical and still dancey, not so much wub wub as you'd anticipate.

Hope he gets around to releasing it soon, then!!

This is a sound from Benn i haven't had the pleasure to listen to since Flexing Habitual! i am completely and utterly amazed and what he can come up with! and the end part with the vocal sample is simply magical to my ears. i need more of this!
