Post Just Wondering
Hey guys, just want to start off by saying...awesome new forum + site. Looks more "up to date" when compared to other forums.

Anyhow....I never had the means to ask this before, but I was wondering if anyone knew the song that USED to play on the old flashbulb.net? Boy I love that song, even more during autumn, so figured I'd ask while I still can. :P Let me know if you know, otherwise itz all good.

Thanks,
Jun

As far as I can remember it's unreleased, exclusive only to the old site.

As I don't think you will ever find it on any album, you'd have to get the mp3 off of the website.
Unfortunately, the old files were lost when switching to a new server. I tried the Wayback Machine,
could connect to the backup of the old site, but did not find the song (do they even save FTP content? - I guess not).

There is hope, though : I'd ask Relemsis whether he got the original file, as he did a remix of it.

If he's looking for a copy of it, I can check my computer when I get home from work. I recorded it from the old site awhile back. I thought he was just asking about it.

Yeah, but by the way he was talking about it I figured he'd like to hear it again or something :)
In any case, now he's got his answer :P

Yes! If you have a copy of it, I'd definitely like to have it as well. I had a feeling it was an exclusive track since I couldn't find it in his Flashbulb-Alias discography. So, let me know how this will happen.

Thanks!

Unfortunately during a reformat I saved all of my session files but none of the media (doh!), so nope. Thanks for the mention though! :P

By "recorded" you mean you viewed the source and straight up downloaded it, right? That's what I did back in the day; sorry but I'm sort of an audiophile.

No problem; I understand.

But nope, just recorded from my sound card via Audacity.

Is downloading the source as straightforward as right click > view source, finding the file and downloading it directly? I'd like to know, if only to be able to provide non-transcoded stuff in the future :)

This usually works.
